Due to the directivity 2002/95/EG, dated January, 27th.2003, on the restrictions of the use of certain
hazardous substances in electrical and electronical equipment (RoHS), the restrictions regarding the
use of Lead, Cadmium, Crome, Mercury and brominated flame retardants will became valid from July
1st.2006 for new developed electrical and electronical equipment, introduced to the market.
According to our current knowledge and the information received from our suppliers, the products of
OECA are RoHS compliant since March 1st 2006.
Products of OECA which are exceptionally not compliant for any reasons will be marked in an
appropriate way at the label, package or delivery note.
